Welcome to Sunshine State Sports Medicine! My name is Alana Dininger and I have been an NATA Board Certified Athletic Trainer for almost a decade. I'm dedicated to helping athletes of all levels achieve their peak performance and recover effectively from injuries. With a passion for sports and a deep understanding of human movement, I provide personalized athletic training services tailored to your unique needs.

My journey in sports medicine began with a strong academic foundation obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology from the University of Florida and my Masters in Athletic Training at the University of Arkansas. I hold certifications in Graston Technique, Dry Needling I & II, and Corrective Exercise. I have years of hands-on experience working with diverse athletic populations, from Division I collegiate athletes to weekend warriors. I believe in a holistic approach, combining evidence-based practices with a focus on preventative care and long-term health.
